Admission

Study Options

We offer an internet/online study option that gives our students the flexibility to balance their studies with personal, professional, and ministry responsibilities.

This convenient learning option enables students with busy schedules to complete their courses from the comfort of their homes. Where appropriate, we may also make special arrangements for on-site classes, subject to the approval of the Dean.

Application

We welcome all prospective students to complete an application for admission either online or in paper form. A non-refundable registration fee of $25 must accompany each application and should be paid via Zelle to wbi@wosem.org.

We prayerfully and carefully review every application, considering each applicant’s statement of faith, academic background, professional and personal goals, as well as official transcripts and references. Applicants who have previously completed a ministry-related degree, diploma, or certificate programme may be considered for automatic admission. A high school diploma or GED is required for admission and enrolment into the programme.

Tuition Fee

The tuition for our programme is $850, payable via Zelle to wbi@wosem.org. This tuition is separate from the non-refundable $25 registration fee. We understand that every student’s financial situation is unique. For those who need additional flexibility, they can opt for a payment plan. Interested students are encouraged to contact our Admissions Office, and we will gladly work with them to arrange a payment schedule that best meets their needs.

How To Enrol

Prospective students can begin their admission journey by following these steps:

  1. Pay the non-refundable $25 registration fee via Zelle to wbi@wosem.org.
  2. Complete the registration Form, providing the required information.
  3. Watch for a confirmation email from our Admissions Office. Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you by email with the next steps in the admission process, including further instructions on enrolment and access to the student portal.
  4. Follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your enrolment, receive your login credentials, and begin the required orientation.

Accreditation Disclosures
